With nearly 11 years of dedicated service at HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions, Mumeet Iqbal serves as the Business Head – Specialized Service Partner (SSP), where he leads HRSG’s specialized HR operations and service delivery functions across diverse client segments in Pakistan. Since joining HRSG in 2015, Mumeet has demonstrated exceptional leadership in HR operations, service excellence, and client-focused delivery. Rising through the ranks from Assistant Manager to General Manager HR Operations and now Business Head, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening HRSG’s operational frameworks and enhancing the quality and efficiency of outsourced HR solutions. Mumeet’s extensive banking background, spanning leadership roles at Samba Bank, Faysal Bank, and the Royal Bank of Scotland (formerly ABN AMRO), adds strong business acumen and service orientation to his leadership approach. His ability to combine operational rigor with a deep understanding of client needs enables HRSG to deliver agile, people-driven, and value-creating solutions. He holds an MBA in Finance from Greenwich University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Karachi University, bringing both strategic and financial insight to his role.
