As a trusted HR strategist and business partner, Faisal leads HRSG’s people agenda, driving organizational culture, talent development, and leadership effectiveness. He is recognized for aligning human capital strategies with business goals to foster high-performance, engagement, and growth across HRSG’s diverse workforce. Before joining HRSG, Faisal held senior leadership roles at DHL Express, where he served as Senior HR Director and Director Human Resources, leading HR and Administration for Pakistan and driving transformational initiatives across the region. His earlier career includes regional and corporate HR roles at The Nielsen Company, Gargash Enterprises (Mercedes-Benz Dubai), and Philips, as well as leadership positions in HR consulting and talent acquisition. A graduate of Greenwich University, Faisal holds an MBA in Marketing and has built a career marked by his strategic insight, strong relationship management, and commitment to nurturing people-centric organizations.
