Muhammad Ashar Khan serves as the Chief Financial Officer at HRSG, bringing over a decade of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, commercial operations, and business transformation. His expertise spans financial management, corporate governance, business development, and operational efficiency, with a strong track record in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining HRSG, Ashar served as Finance Director at Roche Pakistan Limited, where he was part of the country leadership team and oversaw Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Patient Support Programs, and Business Development. He previously held senior leadership positions at Lucky Core Industries Limited, where he led major business transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation, securing Board approval for a greenfield manufacturing facility, and integrating acquired pharmaceutical brands and manufacturing operations.
Earlier in his career, Ashar held various finance leadership roles at ICI Pakistan Limited, gaining extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, credit control, and business performance management. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
At HRSG, Ashar is responsible for driving financial strategy, strengthening governance and financial controls, optimizing business performance, and supporting the organization’s long-term growth through financial leadership and strategic decision-making.
